Role Description
We are seeking a Senior BIM Architect / Technical Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh.
This role involves managing architectural design projects, leading the creation and coordination of Building Information Models (BIM), preparing construction and technical drawings, and overseeing submittals.
You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, ensure project efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
- Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its application in project coordination
- Proficiency in creating and managing Construction Drawings
- Experience in handling Submittals and ensuring compliance with project requirements
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience working with international projects or in a culturally diverse environment is an advantage
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools
