The role is a Senior Billing and Planning Engineer in construction.

Qualifications and experience
- A Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.E. Civil, or B.Tech Civil is required.
- The role requires 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Quantity surveying
- Perform quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities for tendering.
- Assist with preliminary and detailed project cost estimates.
- Conduct rate analysis using standard data books and current market rates.
- Propose rates for extra or non-tendered items.
Tendering and contracts
- Assist with tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Evaluate contractor and subcontractor bids through comparative analysis.
- Participate in negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
