Role overview
Manage project billing, quantity estimation, measurement, and cost-related activities for construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and payment certifications.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, rate analyses, and cost estimates.
- Verify site measurements against approved drawings, BOQs, and executed work.
- Coordinate with site, planning, procurement, and accounts teams for billing and payments.
- Monitor variations, extra items, deductions, and deviations in project work.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, reconciliation statements, and MIS reports.
- Review subcontractor bills and supporting measurements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate billing.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, rate analysis, RA Bills, and subcontractor billing.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of billing or ERP software is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹60,000–₹65,000 per month.
