We are looking for a Senior Batch Automation Engineer to join our team in one of our 8 office locations (Maumee, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Peachtree City, GA; Overland Park, KS; Edina, MN; Raleigh, NC; Westminster, CO).
We will also consider a fully remote option for the right candidate.
This position is salaried and includes eligibility for overtime pay.
The Senior Batch Automation Engineer is a senior-level automation professional responsible for designing, configuring, testing, commissioning, and supporting batch control solutions for manufacturing clients.
This role requires strong process controls experience, practical knowledge of ISA-88 batch concepts, and the ability to translate process requirements into reliable, maintainable automation solutions.
Project work involves a variety of clients in multiple industries using batch management platforms, DCS/PLC-based control systems, HMI/SCADA applications, historians, and integration technologies.
The Senior Batch Engineer interfaces with clients, operations teams, project managers, and internal engineering disciplines to develop functional specifications, configure batch recipes and phases, support software testing, and lead successful system start-ups

We offer market-competitive compensation for an OT Engineer - Manufacturing Systems Infrastructure with a base range of $93,000 to $117,000 annually, that includes profit sharing, ESOP participation, 401(k) matching, and overtime pay.
Salaries are based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
