About the role

The Senior Backend Engineer will develop scalable APIs, optimise data pipelines and implement machine learning algorithms for personalised health insights.

The role works closely with data scientists, product managers and designers to build solutions that integrate health data and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain APIs for health-management features.
Develop and support integrations with internal and external systems.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and integrations.
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
Monitor and improve application performance.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience with Python.
Experience building REST APIs with FastAPI and integrating third-party APIs and services.
