The employer is seeking a Level 2 SOC Analyst to investigate and respond to complex security incidents in a 24/7 MSSP environment. The role requires 2–5 years of SOC or cybersecurity operations experience, advanced SIEM
Strong FastAPI and/or Django experience with asynchronous programming, dependency injection, Pydantic, API design, versioning, and authentication or authorization.
Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, messaging patterns, resilience, and fault-tolerant design.
Strong PostgreSQL and Amazon RDS experience, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and migrations.
Experience deploying containerized workloads on AWS using Kubernetes and EKS.
Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and GitOps deployment methodologies including FluxCD.
Strong fundamentals in testing, observability, application security, documentation, and operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication and a proactive sense of ownership.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Desirable Skills
Cybersecurity, managed security services, SOC, or SaaS security product experience.
Angular and microfrontend architecture familiarity.
AI-driven or agentic workflow design for security operations or decision support.
AI development frameworks or tooling such as AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, MCP servers, Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
Security integrations such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, or ServiceNow Security Incident Response.
Data warehousing, ETL, Airflow, n8n, or enterprise-scale Terraform experience.
AWS Solutions Architect certification.
