Role Overview
Own backend systems end to end, from architecture through deployment, as a core member of the engineering team.
Build and scale backend infrastructure powering trading platforms and developer products.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement backend services in Go.
- Design APIs, data models, and distributed systems that scale reliably.
- Ensure performance, resilience, and fault tolerance in production environments.
- Collaborate with frontend, product, and growth teams to deliver features from concept to launch.
- Contribute to systems architecture in a modern cloud-native environment.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases and messaging systems.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and container orchestration using Docker or Kubernetes.
