Key Responsibilities
- Architect and scale high-throughput backend services and distributed systems for payment processing, rewards, and settlements.
- Design partner APIs, reconciliation pipelines, and fault-tolerant exception management workflows.
- Build transaction-monitoring, fraud detection, reporting, and data pipeline infrastructure.
- Lead technical designs, conduct code reviews, debug critical incidents, and write production-grade code.
- Recruit and mentor engineers and improve engineering standards and delivery velocity.
