Role overview
The role is for a Senior Backend Developer working with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Entity Framework Core, NUnit, SQL, microservices, Docker, and Git.
The developer will work within an existing microservices framework to support high-quality software delivery.
Contract and schedule
- The contract duration is one year.
- The role requires work during EMEA business hours with approximately five to six hours of overlap.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
Work location
- The work model is described as Work From Office with hybrid wording, and candidates must be comfortable working five days from the office in Bengaluru or Pune.
Required experience
- At least five years of software engineering experience with a .NET version.
- At least three years of hands-on C# and .NET Core experience.
- Strong ASP.NET Core REST API, Entity Framework Core, NUnit, SQL, microservices, Docker, Docker Compose, and Git experience.
- Ability to maintain a minimum of 70% test coverage.
- Candidates must complete a mandatory Coderbyte assessment relevant to the role.
