Senior Backend Developer

Role Overview

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required, while a master's degree is preferred.
• Five to seven years of backend development experience is required.
• The candidate should be proficient in one or more of Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with databases, API design, cloud services, security practices, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and microservices is required.
• The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is required, and real estate or hospitality experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend system and service design, development, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Manage and mentor four developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical direction.
• Collaborate with front-end, UX/UI, and Digital Transformation teams to deliver digital solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs, develop RESTful services, and participate in digital product architecture.
