About the role
Work as an experienced iGaming developer on software handling high volumes of gaming traffic.
Build and maintain robust, high-performance software with large-scale data storage at its core.
Responsibilities
- Develop the game server-side application logic.
- Evolve software applications using current development infrastructure and Ruby 3.
- Develop software analytics and observability solutions.
- Maintain automated tests.
- Conduct unit tests and code reviews.
- Refactor source code and assess and improve software performance.
- Write and document code that meets project standards and delivers required functionality.
- Align implementation with overall engineering standards and guidelines.
- Introduce technologies and practices that improve documentation, scalability, testing, and refactoring.
Requirements
- Seasoned experience in software development.
- Professional experience within the iGaming industry.
- Strong working experience with Ruby.
- Familiarity with C/C++, Rust, or Go is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Linux-based operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of the command line and Git version control.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
