We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Back-End Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team and play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and resilient software platforms.
This is a senior technical position suited to an engineer with 10+ years of commercial software development experience who is passionate about backend architecture, engineering excellence, and team development.
You'll be responsible for leading complex technical initiatives, influencing architectural direction, and mentoring engineers across the organization.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step toward a future Principal Engineer position.
Beyond hands-on development, you'll act as a technical leader, helping shape engineering standards, supporting the growth of other engineers, and driving the adoption of modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted software development.
