Responsibilities
- Develop and own the go to market plan for the real estate and construction vertical in UAE and selected regional markets
- Build and manage a pipeline of developers, asset owners, architects, consultants, designers, fit out firms and contractors
- Secure early engagement on premium and flagship projects at concept, design and technical specification stages
- Work with design teams and consultants to position relevant solutions into project briefs, schedules and technical submissions
- Prepare and present solution proposals including technical documentation, commercial terms, and implementation considerations
- Coordinate with channel partners on pricing, project delivery, installation coordination and post handover support
- Act as commercial lead for key accounts and projects from initial engagement through post installation review
- Provide structured feedback on product performance, specification barriers, pricing dynamics and competitor activity
Requirements
- 7 12 years in B2B sales or business development in the GCC, ideally UAE
- Strong track record in real estate development, building products, fit out, MEP or building technologies
- Demonstrable experience securing specification on projects
- Established relationships with developers, consultants, architects, designers or key contractors in Dubai or wider region
- Familiarity with wellness/healthy building concepts, lighting, or EMF/indoor environment technologies is an advantage

Role Purpose
- Lead B2B commercial development in the real estate and construction vertical, focused on specification led selling of healthy lighting, EMF shielding, and related indoor environment solutions into premium projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the go to market plan for the real estate and construction vertical (UAE and selected regional markets)
- Build and manage a pipeline of developers, asset owners, architects, consultants, designers, fit out firms and contractors
- Secure early engagement on premium and flagship projects (concept, design and technical specification stages)
- Work with design teams and consultants to position relevant solutions into project briefs, schedules and technical submissions
- Translate curated portfolio into project specific solutions (e.g. healthy bedroom packages, healthy office configurations)
- Prepare and present solution proposals, including technical documentation, commercial terms, and implementation considerations
- Coordinate with channel partners on pricing, project delivery, installation coordination and post handover support
- Act as commercial lead for key accounts and projects, from initial engagement through to post installation review
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction, and identification of follow on opportunities
- Provide structured feedback on product performance, specification barriers, pricing dynamics and competitor activity
- Contribute to ongoing refinement of portfolio and solution packages for the built environment
Experience and Qualifications
- 7 – 12 years in B2B sales or business development in the GCC (ideally UAE)
- Strong track record in real estate development / asset management, building products / materials, fit out, MEP or building technologies
- Demonstrable experience securing specification on projects (getting products/solutions into design briefs and schedules)
- Established relationships with developers, consultants, architects, designers and/or key contractors in Dubai or the wider region
- Familiarity with wellness/healthy building concepts, lighting, or EMF/indoor environment technologies is an advantage
Skills and Attributes
- Strong selling capability; able to engage senior stakeholders in solution and value conversations
- Comfortable working with technical documentation and design details
- Highly organised and disciplined, able to manage multiple projects and sales cycles
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with early stage processes, ambiguity, and helping build the model as well as selling
