Responsibilities
- Leverage existing database and market presence to identify and qualify high value prospects among UAE conference organizers, exhibition managers, and corporate event planners
- Conduct targeted outreach utilizing professional networking, warm corporate introductions, and executive level cold outreach
- Assess complex operational setups of international summits, multi lingual trade shows, and B2B conferences to pitch tailored interpretation and AV solutions
- Drive the entire sales lifecycle from initial engagement and technical scoping to contract finalization
- Expand market share into secondary language domains such as legal, technical localization, and transcreation
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of dedicated outbound sales experience explicitly within the UAE Events, Exhibitions, or B2B Conference sectors
- Proven, robust, and verifiable list of active corporate clients, MICE planners, and enterprise event decision makers in Dubai and UAE
- Solid conceptual understanding of multi language event workflows, including RSI platforms, hybrid event tech, and on site AV/translation equipment
- Native level fluency in English is mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in modern CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI driven sales enablement tools

Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive/Manager with min. 4 years of B2B sales experience to join our team.
- This position requires a driven and ambitious individual to help expand our business.
- The ideal candidate must be a female and possess a strong ability to identify new opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- High Impact Lead Generation: Leverage your existing database and market presence to identify and qualify high value prospects among UAE conference organizers, exhibition managers, and corporate event planners.
- Strategic B2B Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach utilizing a combination of professional networking, warm corporate introductions, and executive level cold outreach (calls, customized messaging, and LinkedIn).
- Consultative Event Solutioning: Confidently assess the complex operational setups of international summits, multi lingual trade shows, and B2B conferences to pitch tailored, high end interpretation and AV solutions.
- Pipeline & Lifecycle Management: Drive the entire sales lifecycle—from initial engagement and technical scoping to contract finalization—ensuring consistent revenue generation and strong ROI.
- Cross Sector Capitalization: Use your event industry entry points to naturally expand our market share into secondary language domains required by the same clients, including legal, technical localization, and transcreation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of dedicated outbound sales experience explicitly within the UAE Events, Exhibitions, or B2B Conference sectors. Candidates from non event backgrounds will not be considered.
- A proven, robust, and verifiable list of active corporate clients, MICE planners, and enterprise event decision makers based in Dubai and the wider UAE.
- Solid conceptual understanding of multi language event workflows, including Remote Simultaneous Interpretation (RSI) platforms, hybrid event tech, and on site AV/translation equipment requirements.
- Native level fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Arabic, French, or Spanish represents a distinct competitive advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in modern CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI driven sales enablement tools.
- Elite face to face presentation skills, exceptional phone presence, and meticulous internal/external stakeholder management capabilities.
