About the Role
Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions supporting strategic goals and business operations.
Deliver, operate, and continuously improve the Azure cloud platform supporting Tier 0 clinical and enterprise systems.
Work as a hands-on senior technical owner in a regulated, mission-critical environment.
The Role
- Deliver and operate secure, scalable Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Improve Azure platform services, DevOps practices, and operational processes.
- Own Infrastructure as Code patterns, deployment pipelines, and platform hardening.
- Support high availability, backup, and disaster recovery for critical systems.
- Act as a senior technical escalation point during incidents and outages.
- Implement security controls and manage Azure tenancy governance, compliance, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, data, networking, and application teams.
- Support cloud migrations, platform modernisation, and new service delivery.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
- Support digital and virtual-care transformation goals.
