Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
Minimum of 6 years of systems engineering experience including system design, architecture, integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Experience using engineering tools and technologies relevant to systems development.

Experience with avionics systems, integrated flight decks, or complex embedded systems in an AS6802, AFDX or similar Data Network
Experience in complex system integration projects
Experience with software development
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies with proven ability to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Experience with regulatory and certification compliance (e.g., DO-178, DO-254, ARP4754)
