We are currently seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to join our growing Energy and Resources Team across North America. This position reports to the Discipline Manager - Instrumentation and Controls.
You will have the opportunity to join our Delivery Center team providing project support throughout our entire Energy and Resources operating unit. This includes exposure to industry sectors such as Mining, Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution, Oil & Gas production, processing and transportation, and the rapidly growing Renewable Energy sector including exciting and iconic energy transition projects across North America. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects both domestic and international. The successful candidate is expected to evaluate, select, specify, and engineer certain instrumentation and control systems or products for a project; along with various other tasks including calculations, QC and field work. This role is a full-time staff employee position.

Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in a related engineering field (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electronics)
10 + years of experience in engineering, design, and construction in the sectors covered by “heavy industry” including Oil & Gas, Thermal and Hydro-Power Generation, Mining, etc… Particular experience in the Power sector will be beneficial,
PE Licensed in the state of Texas or Arizona, or the ability/commitment to acquire one. Instrumentation & Controls PE License in other jurisdictions are beneficial as well.
