Role Summary
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and intelligent process solutions across enterprise systems.
Use Microsoft Power Platform, scripting, integration tools, Google technologies, and AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
The role requires 4–6 years of automation engineering, RPA, or workflow automation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, and approval workflows.
- Develop Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications.
- Create AI-driven agents with Copilot Studio and connect them to systems and data sources.
- Write PowerShell or Python scripts for administration, data processing, and API integrations.
- Integrate SaaS applications through n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Explore Google Workspace, Apps Script, Google Cloud APIs, and AI or LLM automation.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and design scalable automation solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automations.
- Document architectures, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Recommend adoption of useful platform and AI capabilities.
- Apply governance, security, compliance, data loss prevention, and access controls.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4–6 years in automation engineering, RPA, or workflow and process automation.
- Strong Power Automate experience with cloud and desktop flows.
- Experience with canvas or model-driven Power Apps.
- Working knowledge of Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or Google AI Agent.
- PowerShell or Python scripting proficiency.
- Experience with n8n, Zapier, or similar workflow platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and connector-based integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Google technology exposure, including Apps Script, Google Cloud Platform, or Workspace APIs, is preferred.
- AI or LLM tools, Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, and RPA platform familiarity are preferred.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
- Cross-functional or client-facing experience is preferred.
