1. Production Support & Stability
Own the day-to-day production performance and stability of UiPath automations.
Monitor production jobs, schedules, queues, triggers, and automation performance.
Ensure timely and successful completion of scheduled automation processes.
Identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
Ensure production processes meet defined SLAs and business expectations.
2. Production Troubleshooting
Analyze UiPath Orchestrator logs, job execution details, exceptions, and process context to identify potential issues.
Quickly assess limited information and determine the likely root cause before performing detailed debugging.
Troubleshoot application, workflow, configuration, credential, infrastructure, and integration-related issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement appropriate corrective actions.
3. L2/L3/L4 Production Support
Handle complex production incidents that cannot be resolved at the initial support level.
Take ownership of critical and high-priority incidents through resolution.
Coordinate with infrastructure, application, development, network, security, and client teams when required.
Provide technical guidance to junior developers and production support team members.
4. Incident & SLA Management
Manage multiple production tickets, incidents, requests, and competing priorities.
Prioritize issues based on business impact, severity, SLA, risk, and urgency.
Ensure incidents are properly documented, tracked, resolved, and validated.
Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and clients during critical incidents.
Participate in incident reviews and identify preventive actions.
5. Solution-Oriented Problem Solving
Evaluate different technical solutions based on:

Production stability
Avoid temporary fixes where a sustainable solution is required.
Recommend improvements to automation architecture, workflows, exception handling, and operational processes.
6. UiPath & Orchestrator Management
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.

Troubleshoot deployment and execution-related issues.
Validate production configurations and support deployment activities.
7. Production Code & Quality
Review automation implementations for stability, reliability, maintainability, and production readiness.
Identify fragile workflows, inefficient implementations, and potential failure points.
Ensure proper exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and recovery procedures.
Support enhancements, change requests, and production fixes.
8. Documentation & Knowledge Management
Quickly understand new processes through PDD, SDD, technical documentation, and KT sessions.
Maintain accurate production support documentation.
Create and update troubleshooting guides, process documentation, and operational runbooks.
Ensure knowledge is effectively transferred to junior developers and support teams.
9. Client & Stakeholder Management
Communicate clearly with clients, business teams, project managers, developers, and technical teams.
Provide professional updates during incidents and production issues.
Understand client priorities and business impact.
Build confidence through timely communication, ownership, and effective resolution.
10. Team Leadership & Knowledge Sharing
Guide and mentor junior developers and support engineers.
Share technical knowledge and production troubleshooting practices.
Participate in technical discussions and solution reviews.
Contribute to improving team processes, standards, and operational efficiency.
Work collaboratively rather than operating as an isolated individual contributor.
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in UiPath development and production support.
Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
Experience with UiPath Classic and Modern experiences.

Experience
Recommended: 5+ years of overall RPA/automation experience with strong hands-on UiPath experience, including significant exposure to production support and incident management.
Candidates should have demonstrated experience managing multiple production automations, critical incidents, SLAs, client escalations, and complex troubleshooting.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
UiPath certification is preferred.
