Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation frameworks for shift-left and no-code or low-code environments.
• Lead automation architecture design and implementation using Java, Selenium, and Python.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts through hands-on coding and scripting.
• Integrate automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines with cross-functional teams.
• Apply Factory, Abstract Factory, Command, Builder, and Singleton patterns to build maintainable frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior automation engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Convert business and engineering requirements into implementation architectures.
• Design and implement generative models and architectures, including RAG and fine-tuning.
• Use Python with TensorFlow or PyTorch and work with large datasets for cleaning, augmentation, and analysis.

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as an Automation Architect or in a similar role is required.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python is required.
• Extensive Selenium and Playwright automation testing experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with shift-left and no-code or low-code automation frameworks is required.
• Knowledge of design patterns and design principles is required.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent working skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab is preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and Docker or Kubernetes is preferred.
• Familiarity with accessibility testing, test data management, or an ERP application such as SAP, Guidewire, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or Oracle ERP is preferred.

AI and ML Focus

• The role requires experience with generative models such as GANs, VAEs, and transformer models including GPT and BERT.
• The role requires experience with RAG, fine-tuning, ML frameworks, and large dataset preparation or analysis.
