Position Overview
The Senior Associate delivers client outcomes and works with Consultants to design and execute elements of Ignite’s strategic planning methodology.
The role supports and leads project deliverables, provides strategic insights, and manages day-to-day project workflows.
The position offers exposure to senior decision-making, client management, and leadership development, with a potential path to Consultant within two years.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply the Ignite Methodology in strategy facilitation and solution development.
- Develop materials for client workshops and presentations.
- Synthesize insights and recommendations into reports and slide decks.
- Act as a primary liaison between project teams and clients.
