Job Summary
The position supports activities related to servicing commercial loan transactions.
The Cash Administration team posts incoming receivables, sets up auto-debit transactions, processes borrower and vendor disbursements, and posts remittances from sub-servicers.
The team also handles loan transfers between master and special servicers.
Responsibilities
- Post incoming payments, submit and approve outgoing payments, and maintain auto-debit transactions according to procedures.
- Perform quality checks and maintain audit-ready processes and procedure manuals.
- Train and support junior team members and provide quality reviews and feedback.
- Execute transformation and automation projects that improve business efficiency.
- Collaborate across locations to meet daily operational requirements and process SLAs.
- Identify risks, introduce controls, and perform daily control checks and reconciliations.
