The role sits within Drive, a white-label delivery solution powered by DoorDash's logistics network.

The Senior Associate supports strategy and operations for the Drive business across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Health, and Retail verticals.
The role supports enterprise accounts and works with partnerships, product, engineering, finance, analytics, and platform operations teams.
The position reports to the Associate Manager, Drive Lead, ANZ New Verticals.
This is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design vertical and account strategy that balances growth with sustainable cost structures.
- Own account tracking dashboards, monitor weekly metrics, and identify performance drivers.
- Build models using Google Sheets and SQL to evaluate initiative impacts.
- Design and run experiments involving growth, cost, and quality levers.
- Launch products and processes that reduce costs, improve efficiency, raise quality, and scale the business.
- Collaborate across functions to build the New Verticals business and improve merchant delivery quality.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in analytical and cross-functional environments such as technology, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related field.
- Able to synthesize complex problems and translate goals into actionable plans.
- Strong analytical decision-making skills and comfort working at both strategic and detailed levels.
- Self-starting, outcome-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
