As a Senior Associate - Record to Report (RTR) - Finance Operations, you will collaborate with client and project teams to transform finance functions, optimizing Record to Report processes. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will work closely with CFOs and finance leaders to diagnose current operations, identify improvement opportunities, and implement digital solutions that enhance efficiency and control in financial reporting. This role involves leveraging Workiva's connected platform to enable real-time, auditable reporting and streamline financial close processes. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support the implementation and optimization of Workiva for financial reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to firm-wide knowledge creation. Responsibilities - Leading assessments of Record-to-Report processes to identify inefficiencies and control gaps - Designing future-state processes using Workiva's connected platform for real-time reporting - Driving standardization and integration of data flows into Workiva for enhanced reporting - Supporting the implementation and optimization of Workiva for financial and regulatory reporting - Defining requirements for data integration and automated workflows using Workiva Chains - Collaborating with technology teams to validate seamless data ingestion and report generation - Enabling streamlined financial close-to-report cycles to improve reporting timelines and accuracy - Implementing connected financial statements and disclosures with dynamic data linking - Acting as a trusted advisor to client CFOs and Controllers, coordinating with cross-functional teams - Preparing and delivering presentations and reports for leadership reviews - Mentoring junior team members and supporting their development through training and feedback - Contributing to firm-wide knowledge creation and methodologies for finance transformation projects What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4+ years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Excelling in analytical and numerical skills - Demonstrating effective storytelling and communication abilities - Possessing strategic and creative thinking skills - Managing projects with problem-solving capabilities - Supporting engagement managers by identifying client needs - Exhibiting ability to work independently and collaboratively - Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
