Senior Associate Onboarding

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding phase, including product certification.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, including documentation, certification, waivers, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Network, Production) to ensure alignment and readiness for customer requirements.
• Track onboarding milestones and proactively follow up to ensure timelines are met.
• Provide customers with clear and timely communication on onboarding status, next steps, and expectations.
• Identify, manage, and escalate onboarding roadblocks to ensure swift resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in onboarding trackers, CRM, and internal systems.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback post-onboarding to drive process improvements and enhance satisfaction.
• Support process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a “Customer First” approach through professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented engagement.
• Represent audit activities and track observations through to closure. Skills Needed:

• Good understanding of Quality Management Systems and process compliance.
• Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications.
