The role involves reviewing documents, identifying document types, capturing required metadata, and ensuring accurate routing for downstream processing. Key Responsibilities: Review and index documents accurately as per process guidelines. Validate document type, policy details, and required information. Route documents to the appropriate queue/workflow. Maintain accuracy, productivity, and TAT/SLA adherence. Identify exceptions and escalate discrepancies as required. Follow quality, compliance, and data security standards.

- Responsible for reviewing and editing survey reports submitted by field staff in a manner that is consistent with company policies, procedures and standards Closely work with field staff to give constructive feedback and resolve all open issues Follow appropriate Operating procedure Meet quality goals Meet office time service goals Monitor emails, and respond in a timely manner Send reports to clients Handle additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field. 0-2 years experience in BPO
