Senior Associate

This role requires a motivated and ambitious lawyer to work within the Corporate team in our London Office.

We are looking for a mid – senior level Associate candidates who have meaningful experience in respect of all aspects of public and private mergers and acquisitions work, including share and asset sales, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements as well as general corporate advisory work.

Ideally this experience should include significant cross border experience.

Candidates should have worked across the deal life-cycle, advising on preliminary agreements (non-disclosure agreements, exclusivity agreements and term sheets), conducted due diligence and disclosure exercises and been involved in drafting and negotiating key deal documents.

• Advising on asset and share sale structures and key deal terms
• Conducting and overseeing specialist due diligence
• Drafting and negotiating key deal documents
• Conducting disclosure exercises
• Advising on joint venture arrangements
• General corporate advice
• Self-motivated business development and business development with the wider team
• Manage all client work allocated to them, liaising with clients, managing expectations and providing consistently excellent client service
• Exercising high standards of client care in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ensuring that all the Firm’s business and client documentation is kept confidential and secure.
• Keeping up to date with caselaw, policy and planned reforms.
