Sultan Al-Abdulla & Partners is seeking talented professionals for Senior Associate-level positions in its litigation department.

Senior Associates lead assigned junior members and help deliver high-quality legal services to clients.

Prepare correspondence, pleadings, briefs, statements, and settlement agreements for court and Arabic-language arbitral proceedings.
Handle multiple legal matters simultaneously and independently.
Distribute client assignments among associates, trainees, legal researchers, and paralegals.
Oversee legal end products to ensure they are legally sound and commercially viable.
Prepare client advice, strategies, and memorandums.
Represent clients in meetings, proceedings, and negotiations.
Report regularly to Partners and the Managing Partner on matter progress and legal team performance.
Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication about matters and proceedings.
Participate in business development through marketing, networking, writing articles, and speaking engagements.
Contribute to CSR initiatives through pro bono work and social activities.
Coach and mentor junior staff and assist with their legal development.
