Founders Law is seeking a UK-qualified Senior Associate Lawyer for Corporate and Commercial work in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. The role involves advising fast-growing tech clients on corporate matters, fundraising, and cross-border transactions.

- Handle fundraising and venture capital transactions
- Provide cross border advisory across Europe and Middle East
- Build and expand the UAE team
- Act as trusted advisor from idea to exit
Requirements
- UK qualified corporate/commercial lawyer (common law) with at least 5 years of experience, trained at a large scale US/UK law firm
- Already based in the UAE (1 2 years’ local experience ideal)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast moving environments
- Excellent communicator (written + verbal)
- Strong commercial contracts background with high growth tech clients

Role Overview

- This role is for a UK qualified lawyer.
- We’re scaling fast in the UAE office, looking for a Corporate & Commercial associate to build and expand a team.
What we're looking for?
- UK Qualified corporate/commercial lawyer (common law) with at least 5 years of experience, and trained at a large scale US/UK law firm
- Already based in the UAE (1 2 years’ local experience ideal)
- Entrepreneurial mindset + ability to thrive in fast moving environments
- Excellent communicator (written + verbal).
Bonus points if you've got
- Fundraising/venture experience
- Cross border advisory experience (Europe / Middle East)
- Exposure to data protection, IP, consumer law, or digital assets
- Tech savvy and comfortable with legal tech
- Strong commercial contracts background with high growth tech clients
