Senior Associate - Landscape Architecture

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and innovation related to landscape products, processes, standards, and methodologies.
• Manage multiple medium-sized landscape design projects, structure teams, and prepare resource deployment plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, lead client meetings, and oversee contractual requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct design reviews and apply public realm, planting, and irrigation standards.
• Deliver designs and technical packages independently with senior review.
• Promote innovative solutions, digital tools, and improvements to landscape graphics and documentation.
• Support site issue resolution, project financial reporting, cost plans, change orders, and variation orders.
• Lead bids and proposals, apply QA/QC procedures, support recruitment, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in landscape architecture with demonstrated design and delivery expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Working toward professional membership in urban design or architecture, such as RIBA or an equivalent.
• Applicants should upload a portfolio demonstrating landscape architecture design work.
