Role Overview
Genpact is hiring an Associate or Senior Associate for an Enhanced Process Dispute Analyst role.
The role reviews and resolves cardholder disputes through a centralized tool and submits chargebacks to the appropriate payment network.
The position may involve communication with cardholders and client customers using various tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze regulatory disputes using enhanced investigative processes, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures.
- Apply Visa, Mastercard, Pulse, Maestro, and American Express regulations and applicable compliance requirements.
- Maintain or exceed customer-service SLAs.
- Use Salesforce, Slack, and internal or external network web portals to resolve issues.
- Escalate complex issues and identify potential processing problems.
- Share fraud trends and best practices with peers, leadership, clients, and customers.
- Coordinate with issuing-bank partners on monitoring, reporting, and dispute resolution.
- Use independent judgment to mitigate corporate risk during investigations.
- Participate in process-improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on chargeback regulations and dispute-management best practices.
