Learn more about Publicis Re:Sources and the Publicis Groupe agencies we support at publicisresources.com Overview Job Summary Senior Associate – Global Mobility Location: Bangalore Job Responsibility Supporting a centralized Global Mobility Operations team, delivering operational excellence across multiple global mobility processes. You will be responsible for managing operational activities across the employee mobility lifecycle, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery while working closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and Global Mobility teams across multiple regions. The successful candidate will be a proactive operations professional with strong ownership, operational judgement, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. The role requires the ability to independently manage multiple Global Mobility processes, prioritize competing deliverables, drive continuous process improvements, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. Your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage end-to-end Global Mobility operational activities across immigration, business traveller compliance, work authorization support, mobility tax operations, remote work compliance and employee mobility programs while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage mobility cases throughout the employee lifecycle, including case initiation, document validation, case tracking, compliance reviews, stakeholder communication, reporting.
• Coordinate with immigration providers, tax advisors, HR, Finance and Regional Global Mobility teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
