Senior Associate or Consultant role in Chryselys’ Insights and Analytics department.
The role combines Power BI expertise, pharma and commercial analytics knowledge, stakeholder management, and hands-on technical capability.

Power BI and Dashboarding
- Build and visualize Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions.
- Use data modeling concepts including fact and dimension tables, data relationships, and complex or multiple datasets.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards and analytics.
SFE and Commercial Analytics
- Understand Sales Force Effectiveness, Field Force Effectiveness, and promotional or execution effectiveness KPIs.
- Relevant KPIs include coverage and frequency, planned versus actual interactions, field force productivity, coaching effectiveness, capacity, workload, consent, engagement, and customer interactions.
- Experience building dashboards around these KPIs is highly preferred.
Pharma Data Exposure
- Understand pharma and commercial data ecosystems, including sales, prescription or patient, claims, CRM, field force activity, promotional, interaction, customer, HCP, and HCO data.
- Exposure to international markets, particularly ex-US and ex-Europe markets, is preferred.
Field Force Operations Knowledge
- Understanding of field force operations or commercial excellence is advantageous.
- Relevant areas include segmentation and targeting, field force sizing, resource planning, call planning, territory alignment, and sales force effectiveness.
Stakeholder and Team Responsibilities
- Interact with stakeholders across countries and markets and challenge business requirements when needed.
- Translate client and business requirements into clear requirements for technical teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guide team members, and review work.
- Independently manage discussions and ensure governance across workstreams.
