Senior Associate Engineer - Procurement

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified suppliers and leverage existing agreements for procurement requirements.
• Manage purchase order placement from requisition through invoice payment for assigned indirect commodities.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery, lead time, and terms with suppliers.
• Analyze supplier quotes and make sourcing recommendations and decisions.
• Ensure product delivery meets schedule requirements.
• Complete purchase order documentation according to company policies and procedures.
• Place orders on time to support business needs and team-defined turnaround times.
• Interface with requisitioners and other functional groups and support supply chain projects.

Required Qualifications

• BE or Master's degree.
• At least 4–6 years of relevant supply chain or procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Successful completion of the required background check, which may include a drug screen.
