Senior Associate - Business Development Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities in the European and US markets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop effective business strategies.
- Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, social media, industry events, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads and develop a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target markets.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our products/services and address client needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.
- Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve our offerings and address market demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role targeting the European and US markets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in these regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
