Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Service Portal Developer with over 4 years of hands-on expertise in developing and customizing ServiceNow Service Portals. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development skills, experience in creating custom widgets, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow's UI frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portals using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Create and enhance custom widgets in Service Portal using ServiceNow's Widget Editor .
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless and user-friendly interface.
- Integrate Service Portal with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or others as required.
- Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions to enhance the portal's functionality.
- Work with APIs, REST/SOAP web services , and other integrations within ServiceNow.
- Optimize portal performance and troubleshoot any UI/UX issues.
- Implement security best practices for Service Portal and manage user access control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow platform updates and best practices.
