Required Skills & Experience

• - 5+ years in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or MIS Analyst role (experience in HR, finance, or global mobility is a plus). - Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) and Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud. - Strong financial analysis skills including budget tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting. - Experience consolidating data from multiple systems and presenting insights to senior stakeholders. - High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of transactional data. - Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Flexible Work Hours: Ability to accommodate stakeholders in various time zones by working flexibly outside of regular business hours as needed. - Self-Motivation and Accountability: Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability, capable of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
