Senior Associate - Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and timely for all employees.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursement and resolve payroll-related queries.
• Manage full & final settlements and related documentation.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, etc.
• Prepare and file necessary statutory returns and liaise with regulatory bodies as needed.
• Stay updated with changes in employment laws and ensure company policies reflect those changes.
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Assist in audits and prepare required reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations with a strong focus on payroll and compliance.
• Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
