Role Overview
Patrimonia is hiring a Senior Associate – Business Transformation & Governance in Abu Dhabi ADGM.
This is a hands-on advisory role supporting founders, shareholders, Boards, and executive teams.
The role focuses on corporate governance, strategy, institutionalization, and business transformation.
Family governance and family-office advisory are handled through a separate specialist role.
Core Deliverables
- Develop strategic and business plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Create target operating models, organizational structures, and role descriptions.
- Develop process maps, policies, procedures, KPIs, and management dashboards.
- Build Board and corporate-governance frameworks, Delegations of Authority, and decision-rights structures.
- Prepare transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and Board or executive presentations.
Profile Required
- Four to six years of relevant experience.
- Background in management consulting, Big Four advisory, business transformation, strategy, PMO, organizational design, or financial advisory.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-structuring capabilities.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to take ownership and work with limited supervision.
- Confidence engaging with founders, shareholders, Boards, and senior executives.
Additional Languages
- Arabic is strongly preferred.
- French is a plus.
Location
- The role is based in ADGM, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Role Emphasis
The position is not purely research or documentation-focused.
The successful candidate should think like a consultant, communicate like an adviser, and support structured implementation.
