Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and residential building projects from conceptualization through completion.
• Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using BIM methodologies.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, international standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Oversee junior architects and design staff through feedback and mentorship.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve design challenges.
• Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, quality assurance, and project documentation.
• Monitor architectural trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional architectural design experience focused on buildings and commercial projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior or lead architectural role.
