Transaction Delivery and Project Management
- Deliver high-quality work under the guidance of the respective team lead while meeting project requirements and ensuring timely, accurate, and complete deliverables.
- Coordinate with transaction teams to support on-ground project development and interact with clients, off-takers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Develop understanding of commercial and contractual implications under project-finance contracts.
- Analyse business drivers and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis on complex financial models.
- Support client solution design through information gathering and analysis.
- Prepare reports, information memoranda, summaries, and presentations.
Client Interaction
- Interact with client teams to understand their requirements.
- Respond to changing client needs and priorities under the guidance of the team lead.
- Support the team in designing and developing solutions that address client needs.
Business Development
- Research sectors, geographies, clients, and competitors to generate business development opportunities.
- Write reports based on business development research and analysis.
- Support responses to proposals requested by potential clients.
Educational Qualification and Experience
- MBA or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Experience with international banks, developers, investors, funds, or similar financial and corporate advisory institutions is an asset.
- Experience and/or interest in infrastructure or project finance is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work on financial models.
- Basic understanding of public-private partnerships.
- Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail.
