Job Overview
- The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
- Supports the Store Manager in overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
- Develops staff, controls expenses and shrinkage, and handles merchandising and inventory control.
Requirements
- Prior retail and/or management experience required.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
