Senior Architectural Draftsman

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia \| Experience: 10–15 Years Minimum

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Architectural Draftsman to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in architectural drafting, a thorough understanding of construction documentation, and the ability to proactively identify technical issues throughout the design and documentation process.

· Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules using AutoCAD and/or Revit.

· Develop and manage complete drawing packages from concept through construction documentation and as-built stages.

· Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines to detect and resolve conflicts early.

· Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and document control in line with project and client requirements.

· Interpret architect and engineer instructions and translate them into precise, construction-ready documentation.

· Identify gaps, clashes, and inconsistencies in design documentation and flag them proactively.

· Support site teams with drawing clarifications and RFI responses when required.

· Mentor and guide junior draftsmen on standards and best practices.

· 10–15 years minimum of experience in architectural drafting, preferably on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.

· Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit (BIM) is strongly preferred.

· Solid understanding of architectural principles, building materials, construction methods, and detailing.

· Ability to read, interpret, and cross-reference multidisciplinary drawings independently.

· Experience with large-scale or high-end projects is an advantage.

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related field.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple drawing sets simultaneously.

· Good command of English; Arabic is an added advantage.
