Architectural Design and Documentation
- Lead the architectural design phase in alignment with client needs and project goals.
- Develop and present architectural drawings, documentation, and specifications that meet industry standards and regulations.
- Evaluate building materials and develop appropriate building detail drawings.
Coordination and Feasibility
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to ensure designs are practical and sustainable within project constraints.
Life Safety and Quality
- Provide fire fighting and life safety designs and technical advice.
- Maintain continuous quality control over drawings produced by the section.
Tender and Site Support
- Check and evaluate design and material specifications for tender.
- Respond to technical queries from site architecture engineers.
- Assist site staff in verifying contractor-submitted sample materials against requirements and specifications.
Approvals and Confidentiality
- Obtain planning and building regulation approvals.
- Protect the confidentiality of all designs within the section.
Experience and Capabilities
