Role Overview
A boutique architectural and interior design studio in Dubai is hiring a Senior Architectural and Interior Design Draftsman.
Projects focus on high-end residential developments, luxury villas, residential buildings and bespoke interiors.
The role requires technical precision, coordination and craftsmanship for luxury residential work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural and interior drawings from design development through detailed construction documentation.
- Produce GA drawings, plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
- Develop fit-out drawings for flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, joinery, bathrooms, kitchens and bespoke elements.
- Translate design concepts into accurate, coordinated and buildable technical drawings.
- Prepare detailed joinery, millwork and custom furniture drawings when required.
- Coordinate drawings with MEP, structural and specialist consultant information.
- Review drawings for accuracy, consistency and constructability.
- Manage revisions, drawing standards and document control.
- Support technical design and construction stages and liaise with project stakeholders.
