Senior Architect - SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

12+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including 5+ years of SailPoint IdentityNow or Identity Security Cloud architecture experience.

Deep expertise in SailPoint ISC capabilities including workflows, connectors, identity lifecycle management, certifications, access models, policies, rules, and transformations.

Experience designing and implementing large-scale IAM architectures in enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, ITSM platforms, and cloud identity ecosystems.

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and identity federation technologies.

Experience developing integration and automation solutions using PowerShell, JSON, APIs, and serverless technologies.

Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture, identity governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Proven ability to lead architecture discussions, executive stakeholder engagements, and large-scale IAM transformation programs.

SailPoint Certified Identity Security Engineer certification.

Experience migrating organizations from SailPoint IdentityIQ to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust.

Experience designing cloud security and identity solutions within Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform environments.

Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience supporting audit engagements and regulatory compliance initiatives, including SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, and NIST frameworks.
