Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design projects from concept development through to construction completion, ensuring compliance with project requirements, design standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, planners, and landscape architects, to integrate architectural designs into overall project plans.
- Develop and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and constructability.
- Conduct site assessments, surveys, and investigations to gather data and inform design decisions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address architectural design requirements, resolve technical issues, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Review and evaluate contractor submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and proposed design changes.
- Prepare design presentations, reports, and documentation for client meetings and project stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and best practices in architectural design and construction.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design roles within the consultancy sector, with a focus on site supervision for Building projects.
- Strong design skills and proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
- Professional licensure or registration as an Architect is advantageous.
