Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of interior fit out projects from concept to completion
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, shop drawings, detailed design packages, and construction documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and project specifications
- Review and approve material selections, finishes, and technical submittals
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and specialist subcontractors to resolve design and construction issues
- Participate in client presentations, design workshops, and technical meetings
- Manage project timelines and ensure design deliverables are submitted as per schedule
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members
- Identify value engineering opportunities while maintaining design integrity and project objectives
- Support project managers during project execution and handover stages
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's Degree preferred)
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Architecture, with at least 5 years in Senior Architect roles within Interior Fit Out projects
- Strong experience in F&B, commercial, retail, luxury residential, and corporate interior projects
- Experience working in the UAE/GCC market is highly preferred
- Registered Architect or equivalent professional certification is an advantage

Overview
- We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect with a strong background in Interior Fit Out Projects to join our growing team in Dubai.
