is seeking a Senior Architect specialized in high-end
private villas
to join its Dubai-based team.
Atelier Allione is an architecture and design firm known for delivering luxury residential projects with a strong focus on design excellence, technical precision, and bespoke solutions.
Our projects require a high level of autonomy, attention to detail, and rigorous execution standards.
Role
The Senior Architect is a
key technical and organizational reference
within the studio.
He / she is responsible for the
production, coordination, and quality control
of architectural deliverables, particularly during
detailed design, execution, and construction phases
, while supporting junior and intermediate architects.
The role requires full autonomy in project management, strict adherence to agency standards, and strong coordination with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Design & Production
- Develop architectural drawings, technical details, and full documentation packages independently, with a strong focus on luxury villa projects.
- Ensure consistency with the agency’s design language, standards, and templates.
Quality Control
- Review, correct, and validate drawings and documents produced by junior and intermediate architects.
- Act as a quality gatekeeper for all architectural deliverables.
Team Coordination
- Supervise and support junior team members, ensuring clear instructions and proper understanding.
- Contribute to skills development and technical guidance within the team.
Project & Site Coordination
- Participate in coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Follow up on drawings during construction phases and ensure alignment between design, approvals, and execution.
- Work closely with the project manager / site team to maintain architectural integrity.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with internal workflows and tools (project tracking, documentation standards).
- Contribute to the improvement of internal methods, templates, and technical documentation.
- Maintain technical awareness through meetings with suppliers, consultants, and industry references.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture
- **Minimum 10 years of experience**

- Solid experience in
- detailed design and execution documentation
- Excellent command of
Archicad
- (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3D tools are a plus)
- Strong technical knowledge of construction details and execution standards
- High attention to detail, rigor, and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage complex projects
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
