Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural design and authority submission drawings

Requirements
- Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Architect License
- Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approval procedures including Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Nakheel, and other relevant authorities
- Experience in preparing and reviewing architectural drawings in accordance with UAE authority standards and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software
- Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and authorities throughout the approval process
